Our Client produces in 10 countries with 1.400 employees and exports to over 130 countries.
In consequence of a restructuring of the sales organisation, they are looking for a Sales Executive or a Junior Sales Manager for Central Africa, working from their Head-Office, in Germany.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

  • Acquire/Establish new customer relations and sales in Central Africa (Cameroon, Gabun, Congo Brazz.), as well as manage and further develop existing customer relations
  • Identify, assess, appoint and manage new channel partners
  • Ensure compliance with the Group international standards of performance and conduct
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor, document and report about activities of the competition
  • Drive the business in Central Africa, including price positioning and portfolio policy in close cooperation with the Area Sales Director.
  • Draw up and monitor annual budgets and forecasts for the Central African area.

Diese beruflichen Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Degrees:
    • Business administration
    • Or in a relevant technical subject (Food Science) with a complementary degree in business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sale and / or Business Development role
  • Experience with Sales of added value items, ideally in the food ingredients industry
  • Experience with human nutrition desirable
  • Willing to travel extensively (approx. 100 days a year)
  • Languages:
    • French fluent (written and spoken)
    • English and/or German fluent (written and spoken)
