These tasks await you:

  • The Operations Manager is in charge of managing the site.
  • He/she is primarily responsible for the commercial and sales activities in his/her area  and the positive business development of his/her unit
  • He/she develops a strong customer’s intimacy at all level of the client organization, from workers on tracks to the top management and decision makers, over buyers and technicians.
  • He/she develops a commercial strategy for the concerned geographical area and grant its implementation
  • He/she takes full responsibility for training of the staff, risk assessment (COSHH) and certifications and leads a team of 17 employees (1 commercial assistant, 16 welders, who execute the orders at contructions sites)

These professional qualifications bring you:

  • Engineer/Technical background, e.g. Building engineer (Maschinenbau, Stahlbau, Konstruktion), industrial engineer (Wirtschaftsingenieur)
  • 8 to 10 years minimum of working experience as a sales engineer and minimum 2 years of experience in people management
  • Knowledge of local regulation and safety rules
  • Familiar with audit protocols ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
  • English fluent
  • French desirable
