Our client is an international company in the bakery industry and part of a leading European group. 
The company develops and produces high-quality bakery products for industrial customers and the food service sector (B2B). 
With multiple sites across Europe and around 120 employees, it holds a well-established market position and a stable business model.

These tasks await you:

  • Full responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the business (incl. P&L)

  • Leadership and development of a multi-site organization across Germany and Poland

  • Integration of the company into an international group structure

  • Driving sustainable growth through market and business development

  • Leadership of the management team and key interface to international stakeholders

You will bring these professional qualifications with you:

  • Proven leadership experience as Managing Director or in a comparable senior role

  • Strong background in strategy development and execution with full P&L responsibility

  • Experience in transformation, integration, or restructuring environments

  • Solid understanding of B2B business models, ideally in food or bakery industry

  • Fluent in German and English; Polish is a plus
