About the role:

To further strengthen market activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager CZ & SK (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for building and developing the regional sales organization.

  • Take full ownership of all sales activities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Build, manage, and grow the regional business, focusing on plastics and food industries
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to increase market share
  • Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones
  • Conduct equipment demonstrations and organize application trials 
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Report KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure target achievement
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters for planning, coordination, and product alignment
  • Work 100% from home office with a significant share of travel activity within the territory

 

 

 

 

Diese beruflichen Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Professional Background: Experience in sales, preferably within mechanical engineering, machinery solutions or technical systems. Solid knowledge of complex technical processes to provide reliable consultation and support
  • Market Understanding: Proven ability to develop market strategies and execute business development initiatives, ideally with a network in relevant industries in the sales region
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with contract review and negotiation is advantageous
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Czech and English is required; Slovak or German language skills are a plus
  • Digital Competence: Experience with tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the sales region and occasionally to the German headquarters
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong analytical thinking, organizational talent, and a structured, proactive working style
