In 2026, the company will consolidate its production, product development, administration, and sales at a newly built site in the northern Munich area. Manufacturing will take place on state-of-the-art, highly efficient, and fully automated assembly systems.

We are now looking dedicated individuals with experience in technical maintenance support for production systems (with a focus on mechanics) who bring experience and drive to support, optimize and further develop the automated production systems with a focus on all mechanical aspects. If you have gained experience in service, assembly, or commissioning at a mechanical engineering company, or if you have been working in an production environment with the task to support, maintain, and optimize of fully automated production systems, you are an ideal candidate for this position.
 

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

As part of the internal technical maintenance team, you will ensure smooth operations and high availability, quality, and productivity of the assembly systems. Your focus will be on optimizing and further developing mechanical subsystems.

  • Continuous performance optimization based on production data (e.g., OEE and GAE)
  • Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rapid resolution of major disruptions
  • Fine-tuning and optimization of subsystems, such as camera inspection or laser equipment
  • Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades
  • Supporting and training the production team
  • Coordinating and supervising external contractors and service providers
  • Spare parts procurement and inventory management

 

Diese beruflichen Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, automation technician) or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience in maintenance or servicing of complex assembly systems in a manufacturing environment, or in assembly, commissioning or service at a (special-purpose) machine building company
  • Familiarity with virtual operating interfaces (e.g., Siemens HMI, camera and laser systems)
  • Certification for working on electrical systems is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent English skills
  • Good German skills are a plus
